The Danish Chamber of Commerce and the Danish Association for Play (toys) will be hosting a webinar on preparing your business for the end of the Brexit transition period.
We will cover a range of regulations and help you identify the actions you need to take to stay compliant.
This webinar is aimed at retail and consumer goods businesses and their suppliers, including manufactures and distributors of CE marked goods (excluding food products).
Jerry Burnie from British Toy & Hobby Association will cover “product issues” for toys in the UK and seek to explain the differences from the current trading environment to the likely situation once the UK fully leaves the EU. Product issues relate to the Toy Safety Directive, UK Regulations similar CE marking directives and to labelling, safety and compliance issues.
Antony Kirrane from ICE Compliance Ltd will speak about regulation of goods for example General Product Safety rules (GPSD) and placing on the market
Line Kjær from KPMG will give an update on what you need to know in relation to customs and VAT when trading with UK after Brexit.
