Danish companies are invited to be part of the joint Danish export activities at the Danish Pavillon in Hibiya Park and at other selected locations in Tokyo.  

As co-organizer of the joint Danish export activities at the Olympic Games together with DI, L&F, Danish Care, Trade Council and Danish Export, the Danish Chamber of Commerce invites Danish companies to use this unique marketing and branding platform, which the Danish Pavillon will constitute during the Olympic Games.  

The program for the two-day export promotion trip will include possibilities for companies to showcase their products and services at the Danish Pavillon in front of a mass global audience. Companies can also invite local Japanese business partners for meetings, match-making, tastings, mini-exhibitions, networking, VIP-events and other business activities both at the Pavillon itself and at selected locations in Tokyo. 

Key focus areas will cover life science, design & fashion, computer game development as well as wine & spirits, but the advantages of participating are in no ways limited to companies within these sectors.  

In collaboration with the Danish Embassy in Tokyo, the Danish Chamber of Commerce will organize individual meetings with Japanese counterparts for the participating Danish companies.

• B2C – reach out to the many visitors of the Olympic Games, who will be at Hibiya Park 
• B2B – invite your closest and potential new business partners to attend VIP events at the Danish Pavillon 
• B2G – engage in a dialogue with high level decision-makers at roundtable meetings or networking occasions.

The invitation for Danish companies to participate in the joint Danish export promotion trip to Tokyo in connection with the Olympic Games is premised on the assumption that the corona virus will not cause the Olympic Games to be cancelled. In case of a cancellation of the Olympic Games, the Danish Chamber of Commerce will immediately notify any participant and take appropriate measures to ensure that any inconvenience, including cost and fees, is kept to a minimum.
