UK left the European Union on 31 January 2020. The agreement of a transition period has been made for 2020, which means that the citizens have retained their EU rights until 31 December 2020. According to the agreement of transition, both Danish and UK citizens can remain in the countries after 31 December 2020, but it is important to apply for continued stay in the respective countries within the deadlines in 2021.
On the webinar we will also treat the rules of travelling and staying after 1 January 2021.
The webinar will be presented in English. Questions, both oral and written, may be put forward in Danish.
