Paul is a Senior Associate at Orrick, a leading Silicon Valley headquartered global law firm that counsels more than 3,000 high growth tech companies as well as the some of the world’s most active private investment funds and corporate venture investors. Orrick is the nr. 1 most active law firm in European venture capital and nr. 4 globally. Paul is particularly recognized for his work advising founders navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship including corporate structuring and governance, as well as managing various types of transactions and investments including term sheet and valuation negotiations. Paul is further the leader of the MENA-GCC strategy of Orrick’s Technology Companies Group and part of the World Economic Forum's (WEF) Global Future Council on Agile Governance. He also acts as a mentor to various startup accelerators and is part of the jury of Mentor Foundation's Social Entrepreneurship Award.

Esben is the co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of the Silicon Valley-based startup Userflow which offers fast and user-friendly onboarding flows for SaaS businesses. Prior to Userflow Esben co-founded the pentesting platform Cobalt and acts as an advisor to the startup today. Cobalt is a San Francisco-based startup that delivers real-time insights to remediate risk quickly and innovation securely and has up to date raised more than USD37M.
