Webinar regarding foreign workers within the event industry
The Danish Chamber of Commerce (Dansk Erhverv) will in co-operation with The Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen) and The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) give you an introduction to the rules, which apply when you as an international company and employer acts in Denmark, typically for shorter periods, when hosting og arranging events e.g. concerts, exhibitions, conferences etc.
The webinar will be presented in English.
The rules regarding notification to the Register of foreign service providers (RUT)

· The consequences of not registering?
The rules for short stays (visa) and work permit
· Who needs visa? Who needs work permit?
· Exceptions?
· What kind of work can be performed on visa and when does the employee needs a work permit?
We will not in details present the different kinds of work permit, as the focus will be on when the employee can stay and work on a visa and when a work permit is required.
Target group
You are working in the event industry and needs an overview of which rules do apply, when foreign companies and employers, send their employees to Denmark to work within the event industry.
