Export promotion for Danish life science companies at Danish Life Science Days in Berlin
The Danish Chamber of Commerce, the Danish Embassy in Berlin and Healthcare Denmark once again have the pleasure of inviting Danish companies within life science, digital welfare and chronic diseases on a business promotion campaign to Berlin.
Germany is one of the most important and largest export markets in Europe for Danish life science companies. Exports have increased significantly since 2008, and there is still great export potential for Danish companies in Germany, including within digitalization, chronic diseases and health data. The German healthcare system faces many of the same challenges that we know from Denmark with an ageing population, an increase in the number of patients with one or more chronic. This brings with it major socio-economic challenges that require both political action and an innovative industry to solve.
In recent years, Germany has invested heavily in a more digital healthcare system. Despite this, Denmark is still ahead in the development of digital healthcare solutions. Therefore, it is obvious for Danish companies to contribute with the right professional solutions and products for the benefit of Germany.
Life Science Days Berlin offers a unique opportunity to meet German decision-makers and officials in the German Bundestag as well as leading German healthcare experts. They can help expand sales channels and meet potential customers and partners in the German market.
The export promotion focuses on how the life science industry can help create innovative solutions in the areas of chronic disease management; prevention; early detection; and rehabilitation..
The business promotion receives funding from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Therefore, it is a required that participants have a Danish CVR number. The participation fee per company also requires that the company has not received more than EUR 300,000 in state aid (excluding corona-related state aid) during the last three financial years (cf. the EU de minimis rule). Any questions about whether a company meets the requirements can be directed to Political Consultant, Melina Mohabbat: memo@danskerhverv.dk
Price per company (2 representatives): DKK 20,000
Please note that the program is tentative and subject to change.
When you click to register, you will be taken to the Danish site which you need to sign up through.
